- Henry Wadsworth Longfellow (1807 — 1882). American poet (February 27, 1807 — March 24, 1882). His works include "Paul Revere's Ride", "A Psalm of Life", "The Song of Hiawatha", "Evangeline", and "Christmas Bells".
