- Josef Svatopluk Machar (1864 — 1942). Pseudonym: (Prof. Dr.) Čeněk Folklor (dále i Antonín Rousek, Leo Leonhardi atd.). Český spisovatel, básník a publicista. Svými kritickými a sociálněkritickými texty podával kritiku měšťanské společnosti, klerikalismu, poměrů v nové Československé republice. I v jeho literárních dílech mu byla blízká ironie a satira. Jako fejetonista navázal na styl K. H. Borovského a J. Nerudy. Machar žil v letech 1889 až 1919 ve Vídni. ~ Biografie ~ Díla na Wikizdrojích

- Josef Svatopluk Machar (1864 — 1942). Pseudonym: (Prof. Dr.) Čeněk Folklor. Czech poet, essayist and journalist. A leader of the realist movement in Czech poetry and a master of colloquial Czech, Machar was active in anti-Austrian political circles in Vienna. Many of his poems were satires of political and social conditions of that time. From 1889 to 1919 he lived in Vienna. ~ Biography
