Mais si peu elle est perdue
Elle est perdue au fond des mers
Elle se souvient de ses diamants
suspendus à l’arc-en-ciel
suspendus dans la rosée
et les huîtres bâillent alentour
pour lui offrir des perles
Mais l’anémone qui régnait sur la mer
ne règne presque plus et l’ancre de fer
l’a mordue cruellement et elle mourra tantôt.
