I knew him well personally for many years. He was my teacher. He left no heirs, no children, no relatives. I published 2 books on him using his materials, but before that I appealed to everyone who associated with him. No one claimed any rights and nobody had objections. Thanks for these explanations. I think that’s important to give clearly those kind of informations for each author, to be sure that the rules of Wikilivres are respected, but that's useful too for every person who want to consult those texts.
