I see no benefit over the §34 of Czech Copyright Act, there is the same or very, very similar exclusion of copyright protection, commonly known as press licence („…for the purposes of news reporting or news summary“). If both Wikilivres and Wikisource are news media, such speaches can be published here as well as there. If both projects are online library of free content publications (i.e. public domain or under free licences), not news media, such speaches can't be published under Canadian as well as Czech Copyright Act (exclusions can't be interpreted extensively). --Milda 06:49, 16 October 2009 (UTC)

Wikisource requires cc-by-sa-3.0 and GFDL to be freely reusable, but here at Wikilivres just requires any permission in Canada, even if non-commercial and non-derivative. --Jusjih 03:39, 22 October 2009 (UTC)
