Empty documents

Hi. Please can you tell us why did you upload the both files Image:New Microsoft Word Document.doc and Image:PDFSigQFormalRep.pdf? Beside the fact that neither .doc nor .pdf can be used directly here: both files are empty. Thanks for your reply in advance, -jkb- 07:51, 9 April 2010 (UTC)
