Hello,
Welcome! Bienvenue !- --Zephyrus 22:14, 27 February 2010 (UTC)
- Здравствуйте :)--El1604 14:54, 28 February 2010 (UTC)
- Hi and welcome from me as well. But I have a question. Please can you tell me why Марк фон Хаген (whom I moved to Mark von Hagen) and his translator as well is in public domain in Canada? Thanks in advance, -jkb- 13:48, 10 March 2010 (UTC)
- Hi! I'm not sure, really :)--El1604 16:21, 10 March 2010 (UTC)

- I've taken "public domain in Canada" off and temporary added {{CC-BY-NC}} however it would be reasonable to ask the author and translator for the permission.
- Объясняю: чтобы легализовать эту публикацию нужно позволение автора и переводчика. А пока временно я добавил {{CC-BY-NC}} Dmitrismirnov 18:11, 10 March 2010 (UTC)
- Понятно. А как быть, если контакты этих лиц не известны? И вообще, насколько приемлемо оставить публикацию в таком виде, как сейчас?--El1604 18:46, 10 March 2010 (UTC)
Well. First I am sorry to answer on English but my Russian is quit poor. The licences: Neither the works of the author Mark von Hagen nor the translations of И. Герасимов are in the public domain as both persons are living. Thus, the text is protected by all copyright laws I know. The only exception would be that both the author and the translator announce quite very clearly that this text can be used under a free licence (PD, CC-By-... etc.). If not: the publishing of the text is a copyaright vioalion, the text must be deleted. I also do not know how you can contact the persons, it is up to you. The announcement about the free licence should be made publicly (then we need a link to it) or in an email to you (and you can forward it to me or to any other admin here). We can wait a bit if you can do something. The next time: please clear the licence first before you publish texts here. It is the same like on Wikipedia or Wikisource. Regards -jkb- 19:43, 10 March 2010 (UTC)
